Our Aviation Services
Macsnight Aviation is a small team of independent aviation professionals based in Los Angeles, providing consulting and support services to flight schools, commercial operators outside of Part 121 and 135, and private and corporate aircraft owners.
Our work is organized into three main areas: Aircraft Acquisitions, Leasing Solutions, and Flight Operations (pilot training and ferry services). This year alone, we have facilitated more than a dozen transactions for clients ranging from owners of midsize business jets to single engine flight schools leasing their fleets.
Aircraft Acquisitions
We assist individual buyers and companies through the acquisition of general aviation and corporate aircraft, from lead generation through closing and delivery. We help source aircraft, primarily off market, support logbook and history reviews, and guide negotiations alongside our clients.
Leasing Solutions
For flight schools and operators looking to build or expand their fleets, we help arrange general aviation leasing solutions through several companies we work closely with. We match the right aircraft and terms to each operator's training or operational needs, and when needed, we can locate aircraft, conduct visual inspections, and coordinate pre-purchase inspections.
Flight Operations
Based in Los Angeles, our flight division offers instruction for every certificate and rating from Private through CFI-I, with a focus on advanced and instrument training in owner-operated aircraft. Our team also provides ferry flights across North America for piston and TBM 700 series aircraft, and all tailwheel deliveries are handled by our dedicated tailwheel pilot.
